SHIPPING FAQ

OVERVIEW

FREE shipping is offered on domestic orders over RM250 (WM only). The order processing time might take up to 3- 7 business days* after payment has been made. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. Please note, processing time may vary during sales or new product launches.

*If you place your order after 11:45 am (GMT+8) on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number via email. Please note, it may take up to 1-2 business days for the tracking number to be tracked into the carrier system.

If it customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not hold any liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

Postage is calculated according to weight and begins from RM8 (WM) / RM15 (EM).
