Return Policy
Due to the nature of the products, unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns. We hope you understand.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked as “DELIVERED”. Please contact us at ccccandleco@angieng.co with a photo of the damaged item together with a consignment note within a 7-day grace period for a refund to be considered. The refund is only via store credit. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
Order Cancellation or Change request
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us at ccccandleco@angieng.co.
Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already in production.
Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please bear in mind that the photo may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor's display.
